Thai Taste Oyster Sauce (200ml)

This oyster sauce (Nam Man Hoy) is made from real oyster extract. A rich dark sauce which has a distinct savoury and a pleasant hint of sweetness, adding an authentically Thai depth-of-flavour.

It can be used either as a condiment or as an ingredient in a variety of Asian dishes as well as for marinades.
