A medium strength olive oil with notes of grass and a pleasant peppery finish. The oil is extracted cold within hours of the olives being harvested so as to ensure that it retains it’s rich aroma and high nutrient value.
Produced exclusively from Koroneiki olives variety grown in the Chania region of northern Crete, an area which is globally acclaimed for the production of top quality olive oil and has been awarded EU PGI status.
